What do I expect from Lily Miles products?

We strive to combine function, aesthetics, and quality in every one of our products. How soon will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. The typical lead time from the carriers is between 3-5 days. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the shipment is prepared.

How do I clean my product?

For most of our products, we recommend hand wash and air dry; do not use washer or dryer. Please refer to the specific product insert for more details, or contact us for specific product cleaning.

Where are the products made?

Our products are designed in the California US and made in our selected factories overseas. Our partnered factories have years of experience building this type of products and have been super consistent in delivering quality products.
